Information used

When you contact us or place an order, we use your contact details, project requirements, delivery files and payment references to quote, deliver and support your project, prevent fraud and maintain business records. The enquiry form collects your name, email, optional company, selected service and project brief to send an email to our business inbox using an email service provider. A hashed network address is retained temporarily for abuse prevention. Your light or dark theme choice is stored in your browser and is not sent to us. Hosting and email providers may process technical logs for security and delivery.

Optional website analytics

If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand visits, traffic sources and interactions such as scrolling, link clicks and form interactions. A separate event counts successful project enquiries. We do not include your name, email address or project brief in that event. Google processes technical information such as browser, device and network information to provide its reports. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

With the same permission, Microsoft Clarity helps us understand navigation through heatmaps and masked session replays. It captures page interactions and technical usage data to help us improve the website. We use strict text masking and additionally mask the enquiry form. Read the Microsoft Privacy Statement for how Microsoft processes this information. We do not enable personalised advertising through these analytics integrations.

Neither service loads before you accept analytics. Analytics cookies may recognise your browser across visits. Your choice is stored locally for up to six months. Use Cookie settings in the footer to decline or withdraw permission at any time; withdrawing stops future collection on this site and removes accessible first-party analytics cookies. It does not erase data already processed by the providers. These providers may process data outside Singapore. Contact support@platfawm.com about data requests.

Payments and service providers

Payments are handled through a third-party payment provider’s checkout. We receive payment references and order information, not your full card details. We use service providers for website delivery, email and payment processing. These providers process information needed to perform those services and may process it outside Singapore under their own privacy terms. Contact us for information about the providers relevant to your enquiry or project.

Project data

We use AI-assisted methods for research and implementation. Any use of your confidential project data with an AI provider will be agreed as part of the project scope before that data is shared. Do not send passwords or sensitive customer records through project enquiries.

Retention and requests

We retain project information only while needed for the agreed service, follow-up support, disputes or required business records. You may request access, correction or deletion by contacting support@platfawm.com; legal record-keeping duties may limit deletion. Access is restricted to authorized systems and operators, with encrypted web transport and private internal services.
