Your proposal sets the details. These delivery terms keep the expectations clear.

Scope, timing & revisions

We confirm deliverables, acceptance criteria, fees, required access and timing in writing before payment. Your proposal sets the schedule, milestones, required inputs and included review and revision rounds, based on the scope and complexity of the work.

Delivery starts once the agreed payment and inputs are received. Existing projects follow the schedule in their accepted quote.

Digital delivery & handover

Deliverables are provided by email or an agreed secure download. No physical shipping is involved. Your quote identifies the files, usage rights, third-party licences and included handover guidance.

Third-party fees and ongoing maintenance are excluded unless stated in your quote. Hosting, subscriptions and app-store fees are separate unless included.

Changes, access & delays

Changes beyond the agreed scope require a revised quote. If access or inputs are delayed, we agree an updated schedule.

You must have authority to supply project data and grant access. Use an agreed secure access method; do not email passwords. Our project terms and refund policy apply to each engagement.
