Start with a report you prepare repeatedly, information copied between tools, or an enquiry process that needs a clearer handover. We define the inputs, exceptions and acceptance checks before quoting the work.

Map the work.

Review a sample input and the result you need. Agree which steps can be automated and where a person should approve an action.

Build a paid pilot.

A written USD quote sets the deliverables, milestones, dependencies and testing. Any external service costs are identified before agreement.

Review, then expand.

Check the result against the agreed criteria. Receive the source and handover guidance included in the proposal; further integrations are scoped separately.

PLATFAWM is an independent, owner-led studio in Singapore. Meetings, project documentation, delivery and support are in English. Japanese-language support is not currently available.

For agency partners, we can discuss a defined frontend, backend or integration workstream while you manage your client relationship. Responsibilities, access and handover are agreed before work starts.

Project fees are quoted individually in USD. Support hours and response expectations are set in your proposal; we do not offer an implied 24/7 service.
